Apesar dessas condi\u00e7\u00f5es, existem alguns crit\u00e9rios que o Governo leva em considera\u00e7\u00e3o para que haja a concess\u00e3o do benef\u00edcio. S\u00e3o eles:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ser maior de 18 anos;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e3o ter emprego formal;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ter renda mensal de at\u00e9 meio sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo, R$ 522, por pessoa da fam\u00edlia ou renda familiar total que n\u00e3o ultrapasse a marca de R$ 3.135;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e3o ter recebido nenhum rendimento tribut\u00e1vel acima do teto de R$ 28.559.70 em 2018, de acordo com declara\u00e7\u00e3o do Imposto de Renda;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e3o estar recebendo assist\u00eancias sociais ou previdenci\u00e1rias, como programas de renda ou seguro desemprego, com exce\u00e7\u00e3o do Bolsa Fam\u00edlia.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al\u00e9m\u00a0 dos requisitos anteriores, conforme citamos o aux\u00edlio emergencial \u00e9 somente para empreendedores aut\u00f4nomos, por isso tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 preciso se enquadrar nos seguintes requisitos.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ser microempreendedor individual (MEI) ou trabalhador informal;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Estar inscrito no Cadastro \u00danico de Programas Sociais (Cad\u00danico);<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ser contribuinte do Regime Geral de Previd\u00eancia Social (RGPS).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esse benef\u00edcio pode ser utilizado por at\u00e9 duas pessoas de uma mesma fam\u00edlia, seguindo os crit\u00e9rios de ganhos mensais citados anteriormente.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Em casos de pessoas que j\u00e1 recebem bolsa fam\u00edlia, os benef\u00edcios n\u00e3o poder\u00e3o ser somados, suspendendo-se o valor do bolsa fam\u00edlia, que \u00e9 entre R$89,00 a R$180,00, enquanto o benefici\u00e1rio estiver recebendo o aux\u00edlio emergencial. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ap\u00f3s o t\u00e9rmino das parcelas de aux\u00edlio, esses valores da bolsa fam\u00edlia retornar\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Como Fazer o Cadastro?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para participar do aux\u00edlio emergencial e ter acesso a esses benef\u00edcios, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio realizar o cadastro.
